Dr Sandra Wilson founded Insightful Journey following a successful career in organisational development, coaching, mentoring, supervision and coach education. Sandra has over 35 years’ experience in working with individuals, teams and organisations to bring about transformational change. Sandra describes herself as an enthusiastic researcher of human behaviour and defines her offer as “helping people get out of their own way”. Her motivation for focussing on bringing Insightful Journey to life is multi-faceted, steeped in the belief that human beings have untapped resources and limitless potential. Sandra’s desire is to help people live richer, fuller lives both personally and professionally.
Sandra has Master Practitioner credentials in the fields of Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision and Senior Practitioner credential in Team Coaching with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and Master Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation. She is a Doctor of Professional Studies (DProf) in Coaching Psychology and is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the Organisational field.
Sandra has worked nationally and internationally with a diverse range of clients for 35 years.
